Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 - 6oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, (figure one per-person)
Caesar salad dressing
garlic salt
barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken on a cutting board, using mallet, rolling pin, or cast iron skillet, flatten the thick end. Try to get the meat as evenly thick as possible. Put 1/3 C. Caesar salad dressing in a zip lock bag, add chicken breasts, may add garlic salt, or any other seasoning you like. Marinate for one hour.
Have fire burned down to hot coals, make sure grate is very hot, spray or wipe grill top with oil. Place drained chicken breasts on grill. Cook 8 - 10 min each side, or until meat juices run clear when poked with a fork, only test near the end of cooking, you do not want to lose that flavorful juice! Brush chicken with barbecue sauce the last minute or two. Barbecue sauce has sugar in it & will burn easily if applied to early.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Serve with Italian salad, pasta with alfredo sauce, cornbread or Scarborough fair bread (in the Dutch oven) and quick peach cobbler (in the Dutch oven)
