1/3 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 Cup minced ginger
1 Pound ground turkey
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
4 hamburger buns (toasted)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine honey, soy sauce, and garlic in small bowl until well blended. Mix together turkey, celery and green onions in large bowl. Blend in 3 tablespoons honey-glace mixture. Divide mixture into 4 (½ to ¾ inch) patties. Place patties on grill, 4 to 6 inches from hot coals. Grill, turning 2 to 3 times brushing with glace until well browned and cooked through. Serve in buns.

Makes 4 Servings
