Ingredients:  
1 c oatmeal
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c honey
1/2 c water
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oatmeal and flour together.
Blend honey, water, cinnamon and slowly mix with dry ingredients.
Mix until a stiff dough is formed, adding more flour if needed.
Place dough on floured counter and roll out, about 1/2 in thick.
Cut into shapes with desired cookie cutter and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until biscuits are crisp.
