1/4 lb cream cheese
1/2 cup bourbon
2 in square wax
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 jar maraschino cherries
8 oz pkg of bittersweet chocolate
2 1/2 lb confectioner's sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix bourbon, cherries and nuts.
Let stand overnight.
Mix with 1 lb sugar
Cream the cream cheese with other 1lb of sugar
Mix the two mixes together with remaining 1/2 lb sugar to make the mixture stiff enough to roll into small balls.
Melt chocolate and wax in a double boiler and dip balls in.
Place on wax paper to cool.
