1 cup soft butter, (not melted)
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour, sifted

Directions:
Cream butter; gradually beat in powdered sugar. Blend in egg yolks, almond and vanilla extracts. Add flour gradually, mixing well. Press small amount dough through cookie press, changing discs for variety. Bake at 400º 6-8 min. May color dough for variety. Or sprinkle colored sugar on each cookie before baking.
