3 lbs ground beef
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. pepper.
2 t. chili powder
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. cracker crumbs
Sauce:
2 c. ketchup
1 c. packed brown sugar, or to taste
1/2 t. liquid smoke
1/2 t. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowel combine above first 9 ingredients and make into balls size of a walnuts, place on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Freeze. After frozen place in a plastic bag until needed.
Put thawed meatballs in a 13X9 pan and pour sauce over and bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes, check for done.
To make smaller batches of meatballs, reduce sauce amount proportionately.

Can freeze and make smaller portions as needed, Just adjust the amount of sauce. I have made these and baked them all and then you have a very quick meal or snack.
