3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. Crisco
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. vinegar
4 T. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour salt and baking powder. Mix Crisco in with pastry blender. In separate bowl mix together the beaten egg, vinegar and cold water. Combine with flour mixture. If too dry add a few more drops of cold water. Refrigerate. May store covered in fridge for several days. Roll out between waxed paper. Use in any pie recipe.
Makes 4-8" crusts.
