1 quart. of strawberries
4 c. sugar
3 quarts boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Pour 3 quarts of boiling water over 1 quart of berries in a strainer. Stem berries quickly. To the strawberries, add 2 c. sugar and boil 2 1/2 minutes, cool 2 1/2 minutes, then add 2 more c. sugar and boil 10 minutes. Cool slightly and pour into jars, seal with wax.
