1 cup chopped dates
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans.
Ritz crackers

Frosting:
1/4 cup butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil dates and sweetened condensed milk until thickened, stirring constantly for 7-8 minutes or until it starts to pull away from the edges of the pan. Add the pecans. Cool slightly. Spread on Ritz crackers. Bake for 8 minutes at 350º.
Frosting:
Mix butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar until creamy. Frost each cracker.
