4 slices lean bacon, sliced & diced
5 green onions, thinly sliced
2 T minced green pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
2 T grated Parmesan cheese
1 3oz pkg cream cheese
12 large mushrooms
1 c. dry bread stuffing mix, crushed (or 3/4 c seasoned bread crumbs)
1/4 c. butter
12 sprigs parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Combine bacon, green pepper, onion in 4 cup microwaveable dish. Cover & microwave 4 min.
Stir in seasoning & cheese; add cream cheese.
Stir well.
Wash & dry mushrooms & remove stems.
Chop stems & add to bacon mix.
Fill mushroom caps.
In glass 2 c bowl, heat bread stuffing & butter just until butter is melted.
Toss until blended.
Press buttered crumbs on top of mushrooms.
Put in 2, 8 inch round cake pans.
Pour 1/4 c. water in bottom of each dish; cover and microwave each 2-4 minutes.
