1 small pkg. lemon jello
3 oz. cream cheese
1 small (9oz.) can crushed pineapple
8 marshmallows, cut in small pieces, or 1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 pt. whipping cream
6 maraschino cherries
Directions:
Directions:
Make jello as directed on package, using pineapple juice for part of the liquid. Melt cheese in jello. Add pineapple and marshmallows. Chill until almost firm, Whip the cream, then add whipped cream and cherries to the jello. Chill again.
