1.25 lb. Turkey
1/2 c. minced onion
1 egg (beaten)
1 slice whole wheat bread (torn into small pieces)
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak small bread pieces in milk 1-2 minutes (until absorbed)
Mix turkey, egg, salt, pepper, onion and bread mixture with hands. roll into
1 1/2-2 inch balls, cook in oil (I use Pam spray), until outside is brown, remove into separate dish (inside is not cook yet...dont eat!) once all meatballs are brown, return to pan, cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve with pasta, potatoes, or rice!
