1 12 oz bag chocolate chips
1/2 c margarine (not butter)
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
2 eggs-room temperature
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp peppermint extract

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and let cool, cream margarine, sugar, eggs, & vanilla. Blend until smooth and thick, add chocolate and peppermint.
Drop by spoonful into small paper cups and refrigerate or freeze.
