Chuck Roast
2 packs Mrs. Grass Onion Soup Mix
carrots
potatoes
Worcestershire Sauce
beef base
canned peas

Directions:
Directions:
COOK IN DUTCH OVEN - On stove: Brown chuck roast with onions. Add two packs of the onion soup mix with two glasses of water. Cook for an hour or more. Cut meat apart, cook some more. Strain out Mrs Grass onions. Add carrots first, cook until they are almost done. Add potatoes, cook until done. Add a couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Add some more beef base with water. Add canned peas last.
