1/2 Small Yellow Onion
Two Cloves Garlic
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1 Cups Water
3/4 Cup of Contadina Tomato Sauce
Salt & Pepper
3 Medium Potatoes
1 Cup regular Rice

Directions:
Directions:
In Medium sized pot, saute the onion with the garlic in the olive oil until lightly browned. Add the tomato sauce, 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Salt & Pepper to taste. Add peeled, diced potatoes cut into postage sized squares. Let cook all together about 3/4 hour on med-low heat. Cook 1 cup rice according to pacage directions until water is absorbed. Add the cooked rice to the potato/tomato mixture and cook 5 more minutes.
