1 & 1/2 lbs ground ham
3/4 lb ground fresh pork
3/4 c. ground veal
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp pepper
Salt lightly
1 c. pineapple juice
1 & 1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 T brown sugar
3 rings pineapple
3 maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together meats, eggs, crumbs, pepper and salt. Form into loaf.
Combine sugar, mustard and juice.
Baste loaf with about 1/4 of this mixture.
Baste again about every 20 minutes during baking.
Garnish top with pineapple rings and cherries 15 minutes before serving.

Bake 2 hrs @ 350 degrees

Mom would get an extra holiday ham and have the butcher grind it. Or use her Bosch attachment and grind her own from leftovers.
