1 whole chicken or 3-6 breasts, cooked and diced
1 large bell pepper, chopped, or a combination of red and green bell pepper
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 large onion, chopped
1 cube butter
1 can Rotel
1 16-oz. package spaghetti
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the bell pepper in butter for 10-15 minutes. Cook spaghetti in the broth in which you cooked the chicken (or use water if you have no broth). Stir in the vegetables, cheese, and Rotel and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
