2 Eggs
1 cup Molasses
4 cups Self-rise Flour
6 tbsp Butter
1 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl cream together eggs, sugar, and butter. Stir in molasses, vanilla, add cinnamon, and ginger. Sift in flour mixing small amounts in at a time till all has been worked in.

Cover dough and place in the refrigerator for about an hour. Remove from fridge. Shape into 1" balls dip in granulated sugar and place on cookie sheet about an inch apart. Bake 8-10 minutes in a preheated 350ºF oven.
