2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
4 medium size potatoes
1cup chopped ham
2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cup milk
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet pan. Thinly slice potatoes and fry in butter and oil until golden brown. Add diced ham to heat through. In a sauce pan melt 2 tbsp butter and add flour. Make a rue. Wisk in milk and let come to a boil. Once thickened remove from heat. On a plate layer your potatoes and ham, cheese and cream sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
