1 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. soda
5 cups flour

Powdered sugar glaze:
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
almond or lemon extract
milk
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add sour cream, soda, and vanilla. Blend in flour. Roll out and cut. Bake at 350º 8-10 minutes. Frost or top with glaze. For glaze, combine powdered sugar, vanilla, and extract. Stir in enough milk to make glaze (about 2 T.). Tint with food coloring. Pour over cookies and let dry.
