2 c butter-room temp.
8 T powered sugar
4 c flour.
Icing:
3 T butter, 6 T lemon juice, 3 c powered sugar

Directions:
Mix cookie dough, roll into 1/2 " balls and smash middle with your finger, the cookies don't spread so you can put them close together. bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until slightly brown on the edges, cool and frost, icing will be thick.
