1 (16 ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained
1 T. sugar
1/4 C. milk
1 1/2 C. biscuit mix

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, mash sweet potatoes, add sugar and milk and beat until creamy. Stir in biscuit mix with fork until most of lumps are gone. Pour mixture onto floured, wax paper and knead 5-6 times. Press down to about 1/2-inch thick and cut out biscuits using biscuit cutter or small glass.

Bake 450º for 10-12 minutes on ungreased baking sheet.
