1 - 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
2 oz. dried beef, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper
1-2 tbsp. chopped pickled jalapeños
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
With a mixer, blend cream cheese and milk. Stir in beef, green pepper, onion, garlic, sour cream, pepper and jalapeños. Mix well. Pour into 1 qt. baking dish.

Melt butter, add pecans and saute over medium heat until light brown. Spread over cream cheese mixture and bake in pre-heated 350º oven for 20-25 minutes.

Serve warm with wheat crackers.
