4 fresh skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 pillsbury cresent rolls packages
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup frozen english peas
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup celery
2 cups bacon (cut up)
shredded cheddar cheese
pinch of salt & pepper.

boil the chicken for 30-50 minutes, add seasoning for your own taste. (optional--but recommended)
once the chicken is cooked, tear or cut the chicken up. (preferred shredded) mix all contents, (mayo, celery, frozen peas, bell pepper, and onion) together.

use crescent rolls to make a pinwheel. use one container per layer.(bottom and top) over lay each dough piece to look like a pinwheel on a cake sheet.

place mixture in center of dough.
add with bacon and cheddar cheese on top of chicken mixture.

beat 1 egg in a bowl.
place the other remaining crescent rolls over salad mixture.

add the egg over top the enclosed salad.

heat oven to 375ºF for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
