Filling:
4 C cut up rhubarb
1 C sugar
1/4 cup flour-sifted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c water
topping:
1 C sifted flour
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C rolled oats
1/2 C melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix filling in a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring until bubbly.
Pour into a 7x11 pan
Mix topping and sprinkle over filling
Bake at 350º 35 minutes
