Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 medium chopped Onion
2 chopped cloves of Garlic
1 lb. Ground Chuck
2 1/2 cups Ketchup
1 tsp. Chili Powder
2 T. prepared Mustard
Kosher Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the beef and brown, about 10 minutes more. Stir in ketchup, chili powder and mustard and simmer 15 minutes until thickened. Season with Salt and Pepper.

The recipe states that the only way to cook a good hot dog is to par-boil it for 5 minutes and then grill.
