4 minced Garlic Cloves
1 tsp. Rosemary
1 tsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Silly Salt
1 (2 lb.) Pork Tenderloin
12 small Dinner Rolls (slider buns)
Blue Cheese spread

Blue Cheese Spread:
4 T. Mayonnaise
1 T. Brown Mustard
2 tsp. Parsley
3 tsp. chopped Green Onions
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º.

Mix the first five ingredients. Rub thoroughly over both the tenderloins. Place in oven, covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and roast 30 minutes longer.

Cut the pork into thin slices and put on dinner rolls. Add a teaspoon of the spread to each roll.

Blue Cheese Spread:
Add all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
