2 cups seeded and chopped Roma Tomatoes (1lb)
2 T. Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 cup Olive Oil
2 cloves minced Garlic
10 fresh chopped Basil Leaves (or 1/2 Tsp. dried)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 loaf French Baguette

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425º.

Combine tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Combine olive oil and garlic in small microwave safe bowl. Microwave on High for 30 seconds.

Brush bread with oil mixture and bake for about 6-8 minutes. Just before serving, drain excess liquid from tomato mixture. Spoon mixture over bread and slice at an angle, serve.
