3 c flour
2 c sugar
1 t. baking soda
1t. cinnamon
1 1/2 t. vanilla
8 oz. crushed pineapple
2 smashed bananas
1 1/2 c veg. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup walnuts, optional

Lemon Glaze
1/3 c fresh lemon juice
2 c confectioners sugar
2 T melted butter
1 T water

In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice and sugar. Beat in the melted butter and water. Drizzle over cake.

Preheat oven to 350º
Sift dry ingredients together and fold in remaining ingredients. Bake in greased tube or Bundt pan for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Drizzle with lemon glaze.

This came from a good friend of my mother's named Mary. It was one of my mom's favorites. I still have a cake plate that Mary gave to my Mom when she delivered a cake to her!
