1/3 lb. spaghetti
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/4 C parmesan cheese
1/4 C chopped onion
1 T butter
3/4 C sour cream
3/4 t Italian seasoning
1# bulk pork sausage (I like Italian sausage)
3/4 C water
4 oz tomato paste
1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
14 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain and place in large bowl. Add egg and parmesan cheese. Transfer to a greased 9 inch pie pate; press mixture onto the bottom and up the sides to form a crust. Set aside.

In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and Italian seasoning. Spoon into the crust.

In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, drain. Stir in water and tomato paste. Simmer, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes or until thickened. Spoon over sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Cover with foil and bake pie at 350º for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
