3/4 c yellow corn meal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c sugar
1 c milk
1/4 c oil
3 eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix above ingredients and pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
