14 cucumbers-remove seeds & ground
4 large chopped sweet red or green peppers
4 large chopped onion
1 pint vinegar
3 cups sugar
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Grind cucumbers, onions and peppers; sprinkle with salt; let stand overnight. Drain well, squeeze until all fluid is out. Add sugar and spice boil for 1/2 hour, put in jars and seal.
