1 box of frozen artichokes
Sautéed spinach
Fresh tomato
Mozzarella
Cheddar Cheese
Grated Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Basil
Oregano
Parsley
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a covered glass dish cook artichokes for about 6 min in microwave.
2. Saute spinach in oil olive either in micro in a covered glass dish or on the stove. Just until wilted.
3. Put a little coating of olive oil on both sides of the tortilla shell.
4. Arrange artichokes, spinach, and slices of fresh tomato on the tortilla shell.
5. Then layer the cheeses on top of veggies.
6. Sprinkle the spices on top.
7. Sprinkle a very small amount of olive oil on top.
8. Bake at 400 until cheese is melted and bubbly
