1 tsp garlic salt
3 cups uncooked rice
3 1bs scallops
2 1/2 to 31bs seafood salad





Directions:
Directions:
Drain scallops in a collainder aleast
15 mins, pan broil in a nonstick pan
with butter and garlic salt until no longer
trans parent about 10 to 15 mins keep moving them around.Cook rice and
place in bottom of 13by9 baking dish,
then seafood salad then scallops
make a white sauce. In place of 1/2 cup
milk use 1/2 cup white wine,and add
garlic salt and salt and pepper and grated parmesan cheese 1/4 to 1/2 cup depending on taste,should
be a medium sauce.Pour over whole
thing then sprinkle with flavored bread
crumbs. bake 350 for about 25mins.
