1 lb farmer's cheese, low fat
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sugar
30 g margarine
1/4 tsp salt?
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, flour, eggs, salt and sugar by hand or mixer. Boil 2-3 L water with a little salt. Make cheese balls the size of eggs and boil for 15 minutes. In a skillet, melt margarine and add bread crumbs, mix until brown. Remove gently cheese balls with a lemon strainer and add to bread crumbs.
Balls need to be covered with bread crumbs. Eat as is or with the addition of sugar.
