1 C milk,
1 T sugar, pinch of salt,
mix well add:
4 eggs mixing well after each.

put a T or so of butter in 2 glass pie pans and heat in oven, pour in batter, cook 425º for 10 minutes, serve with lemon and powered sugar, great for breakfast!

For Apple Dutch Babies:
6 T. butter, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup sugar. Melt together in an ovenproof frying pan, then add
4 medium cooking apples, sliced thinly. Cook, stirring on stove until apples are translucent, about 5 minutes. Place pan, uncovered in a 425 oven while you mix the batter: Or divide the apples into 2 glass pie pans as above, keeping hot in the oven, then pour in batter(above recipe) and cook til set in the middle.
