8 Lbs. meat scraps
4 T. salt
1 tsp. mustard powder
3 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. fennel seeds
1 T. Italian dressing
1 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Grind meat coarsely. Sprinkle seasonings over meat, mix in lightly, let stand overnight in a cool place. Grind again using fine blade. Package ,freeze.

This sausage is very lean, but works well in soup, pizza & spaghetti.
