2 lbs. frozen hash browns (Linden brand)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
16-oz. carton sour cream
salt and pepper
2 T. minced onion
1 T. butter (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and place in 9 x 13 pan. Top with crushed cornflakes. Bake at 350º for one hour. Or place in crockpot for 3-4 hours.
