Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 tbs. yeast
2 tbs. sugar
3 tbs. oil
2-2/3 cups cold water
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dry oregano leaf (opt.)
6-1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
You can make this in a kitchen aid or any stand up mixer that has a dough hook, or just the old fashioned way of kneading. Mix together sugar, oil, water, garlic salt, oregano, 3 cups of the flour and yeast. Mix and slowly add the rest of the flour until it cleans the side of the bowl or is not sticky. It may need more flour. Let it knead for at least 5 minutes after you add the right amount of flour. Let raise then roll out onto lightly greased or sprayed cookie sheet or pizza pan. Makes 2 big cookie sheets.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Don't worry the yeast actually works without putting it in warm water first. If this makes you to nervous you could use the 2/3 cup of water and 1 tsp. of sugar to check the yeast. I have never had it fail me.
