Mix dry ingredients, cut in butter or shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk and eggs, stir to combine, then turn out on a floured surface. Knead gently 8-10 times, or until blended. Pat out 1" thick, cut with large biscuit cutter. Makes at least 20 large biscuits. Bake @ 450º 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Use this recipe if you are having a crowd over, or use half for biscuits and half for cinnamon roll biscuits...roll out fairly thinly, dot with butter pieces, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown or white sugar. Roll up tightly, cut into 1" slices, place in greased pan with sides barely touching. Bake as above, or until done. Frost with powdered sugar frosting. Enjoy!
