2 qt. red raspberries
1 1/2-2 c. sugar (depends on sweetness of berries)
5 T. tapioca






Topping:
2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 3 ingredients and place in a 9x13 pan. Mix topping by mixing the first 4 ingredients. Then cut in the cold butter until crumb like consistency. Then mix in the milk and eggs. Drop the topping mixture by spoonfuls on top of fruit mixture. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes or until brown on top.
