1 box of Corn Muffin mix
1 box (4 serving size) instant Vanilla Pudding
2 Eggs
1/2 cup of Milk

Preheat over to 400º.

Mix dry ingredients and add eggs and milk. Stir to blend - batter will be lumpy. Spread batter in a baking dish or fill muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes.
