1 6 - 8oz salmon fillet per-person
onion slices
lemon pepper
garlic salt
lemon juice or lemon slices
butter or olive oil
aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
On double thickness foil place fillets, put onion rings on top, sprinkle with seasonings, top with lemon juice or slices, dot with butter or drizzle with olive oil. Can also use a little Worcestershire sauce. Seal edges of foil tightly, put on grill over hot coals. Bake 15 min, then turn packet over & bake another 5 - 8 min. or until it loses the bright pink color & flakes easily

We like to serve the salmon with red potatoes, carrot-raisen salad, corn fritters, and herb bread in the dutch oven. For dessert, try one of our cakes like chocolate praline torte.
