1 lb hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1 - 15oz can tomato sauce
1 - 14oz can enchilada sauce
1 - can Mexican corn
1 lg. bag Frito Chips
16 oz sour cream
2 C. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger & onion, (drain) Add tomato sauce, enchilada sauce, corn. Layer onto 9 x13 baking dish 1/2 of the king size Frito chips. Pour meat mixture over chips. Spread sour cream over meat. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Top with another layer of chips. Bake @ 350º for 30 min.

A different kind of casserole, but very tasty with the crunchy corn chips and the creamy cheese layer on top and meat in the middle! I have taken it to potlucks and it disappears in a flash! Serve with a fruit salad or frog eye salad, green salad and key lime pie or triple layer lemon pie.
