12 oz. lean ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 garlic glove minced
3/4 tsp each oregano and basil
hot sauce to taste
1 - 7 1/2 oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lb pizza dough (bread or bun dough will do just fine)

Directions:

Cook sauce as usual and then cool. Roll dough into a 14" x 10" sheet. Spread filling to within 1" of edge. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Moisten edges with water and roll up. Cut into 12 - 1" slices. Place cut side up - let rise for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425º for 20 - 25 minutes.

This is fun change from sandwiches in school lunches! Make sure your sauce isn't too runny or it makes a bit of a mess when it's baking.
