2 cups ground, drained peppers (red, green and jalapeno)
3/4 cup vinegar
3 1/2 cup white sugar
1 box certo

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peppers, vinegar, and certo in a large pot. Place over high heat and bring to full rolling boil. Stir in sugar and bring back to a full boil and continue to boil and stir for 1 minute. Stir and skim for a minute or so. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.

Serve with crackers topped with cream cheese.
