1 cup wheat flour
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbs Cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup applesauce
1 Tbs molasses
1 egg beaten with 1 Tbs water
1 tsp vanilla
chocolate chips, nuts, or raisins. Whatever you like in your cookies.

Stir dry ingredients together. In separate bowl mix wet ingredients then combine all ingredients and add whatever mix-ins you like.
Cool the dough in the fridge for 20min.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet and bake at 335 º for 15-20min.
