Leftover Salmon or 15.5 oz can Salmon drained
2 T Butter or Margarine
1 bunch Green Onion chopped
2 tsp Curry Powder or Curry Powder Blend

1 C Sour Cream or 1 can Coconut Milk
Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan saute onions in butter or margarine. Add curry powder. Stir in sour cream or the solid part of the coconut milk plus enough of its liquid to make 1 cup. Carefully stir in salmon. Heat thoroughly but do not boil. Serve over hot cooked rice.
