2 1/2 pounds chicken pieces
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup onions, thinly sliced
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken, skin side down, in single layer in large baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Combine onions, tomato sauce, honey, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and hot pepper sauce, mix well. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake, uncovered at 375º for 30 minutes, turn pieces and bake 20 minutes longer or until chicken is glazed and thoroughly cooked.
