1 partially baked 9" flaky pastry pie shell
5 tbsp. butter
1 cup sugar
2tbsp. flour
11/2 cups buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Beat 1 of the eggs with a tbsp. water and brush over partially baked pie shell. Melt butter,. Beat remaining 3 eggs. Add sugar and beat until thick and light in color. Beat in flour, buttermilk, melted butter, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour filling into shell and sprinkle with a little additional cinnamon. bake until a knife stuck into the custard comes out clean. 35-40 minutes.
